A distinguished Architectural firm with a diverse portfolio (hospitality, institutional and luxury residential projects),
seeks experienced Architect and 3D Visualiser to handle independent projects. These are full time positions based in central Delhi.
Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION: Position requires taking a project from initial stages through construction, including client contact, creating construction documents independently, detailing and project coordination.
Special emphasis is placed on the importance of relationship building based on trust and respect both internally with team members and externally with clients and consultants.
Qualifications: Demonstrated track record in managing the project delivery process for large scale projects.
Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills are required to work in a highly collaborative and highly integrated design focused environment, involving taking a leadership role among team members to achieve the firm and client goals.
3D Visualiser
Experienced 3D visualiser with experience in architectural or interior design projects can apply.
